But it is worth the extra drive time because every dish tastes fantastic, and there are plenty of options for vegetarians/vegans and gluten-free eaters.
Best of China has all the traditional Chinese food you love (like sweet and sour chicken, potstickers, or egg foo young), but they also have some more exotic dishes like General Tso’s Chicken with a twist – it is baked instead of fried!

However, what is interesting about these two restaurants is the prices – with Oriental Pearl cheaper than Shanghai’s Terrace for some items (but still more expensive for others).

They have a vast menu with something for everyone. Still, I would suggest ordering Kung Pao Chicken or Mongolian Beef because they are the best dishes their Din Tai Fung -The last restaurant on my list is Din Tai Fung which has several locations in Detroit and one in Ann Arbor. It’s known for its dumplings that come out steaming hot every time you order them.
