Who is Manuel?
Manuel Arciniega was born in Puerto Rico, but grew up in Chicago, IL. He graduated from the Culinary School of Las Vegas. He had a 12-year career with the kitchen staff of The Bellagio Hotel and Casino where he learned about the Mexican food business.
He and his wife, Veronica, have been living in Northern Nevada for 13 years, and they love being able to serve our community.
