How to Make Picadas Mexican Food?

There are many ways to make Picadas Mexican Food. Here’s the method we used:

Step 1:

Make a list of the ingredients you want to use in your Picadas Mexican Food. It can include everything from chiles (to spice up a dish) and condiments like salsa and hot sauce to garnishes like chopped tomato, onions, jalapenos, or cilantro.

Step 2:

Check with your local butcher or game store for venison meat. If they don’t have it, try a local grocery store. Make sure you get ground venison.

Step 3:

Raise your oven temperature to 375 degrees F and prepare a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Set aside.

Step 4:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the venison, green chilies, and garlic powder. I used a hand chopper which worked great.

Step 5:

In a small bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Beat until combined. Add milk and egg mixture to venison and mix until they are well distributed and saturated. If you see any large chunks of venison (the size of a pinky finger), break them into smaller pieces with your hands to ensure they all get coated with the egg mixture.

Step 6:

Transfer the mixture to a large casserole dish (or use your baking sheet instead). Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.

Step 7:

Add the Picadas Mexican Food ingredients to the shredded venison. Mix well. It should be moist but not soupy – like a thick stew. If it’s too dry, add one tablespoon of water at a time until you achieve the consistency you like.

Step 8:

Serve hot from the oven and accompanied by Mexican Bread.
