My favorite dish at Yesenia’s Mexican Food is their enchilada plate (it is served as a burrito, but I love it this way). It includes corn tortillas with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
This dish has no rice because the tortillas act as a vehicle for meat and vegetables. I love to add the greens and black beans side dish to each bite.
